Realme 15T First Look Leaked: India Launch Soon with New Color Option

Realme 13 Pro First Look in India: A Personal Journey, Local Voices, and Market Shifts I still remember the afternoon in April when I walked into a dusty mobile shop in Karol Bagh with a Realme 3 Pro in my hand - its battery barely lasting, its overheating quirks all too familiar. I’d been covering Realme since its entry into India, and that afternoon, a shopkeeper’s offhand remark - “Next year, maybe we’ll see something better” - stuck with me. Now, with Realme 15T leaking on Geekbench and the Realme 14T barely five months off launch, I’ve come full circle. This piece isn’t just about numbers on a benchmark. It’s about what those numbers - Geekbench’s 806 single-core and 1,989 multi-core using Dimensity 6400 Max - mean for everyday Indian users. It’s about whether this upgrade is real and relevant, or just noise in a flooded mid-range segment. Here’s what I set out to do: blend my on-the-ground reporting - chatting with shopowners, college students, rickshaw drivers, even an iPhone-to...

Huawei Pura 80 Phone Accidentally Revealed at MAEXTRO Event

Huawei Pura 80 Phone Accidentally Revealed at MAEXTRO Event

Summary Box

Huawei unintentionally showcased the Pura 80 smartphone during the MAEXTRO S800 car launch on May 30.

The upcoming device appears to feature a redesigned camera module with dual periscope lenses.

The leaked image hints that Huawei may soon start official teasers for the Pura 80 lineup.

Huawei Pura 80 Leak Surfaces at MAEXTRO S800 Event

Huawei has unintentionally given the public its first glimpse of the upcoming Pura 80 smartphone.

The unexpected reveal happened during the MAEXTRO S800 smart car launch event on May 30, 2025, held by Huawei and JAC Motors.

While introducing their jointly developed electric vehicle, an executive from Huawei was seen holding a previously unreleased phone.

The device, later identified by tech watchers as a possible Huawei Pura 80 Ultra or Pro+ model, quickly caught the attention of attendees and online viewers.

An Accidental Reveal Caught on Camera

According to images posted on Weibo on twitter, a popular Chinese social media platform, He Gang, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group, was seen posing for pictures while holding the device.

Observers noticed the distinctive triangular camera module, which closely resembles the Pura 70 series.

However, the module on this new device was significantly larger and included two periscope lenses, suggesting an upgrade in zoom and macrophotography capabilities.

This camera arrangement was consistent with earlier rumors about Huawei's plans to enhance optical performance in the Pura 80 lineup.

New Camera Layout with Enhanced Zoom

The leaked phone appears to retain the triangular bump design but introduces a new dual-periscope setup placed centrally within the camera island.

In addition to the two periscope lenses, the module includes:

A primary camera (likely high-resolution)

An ultra-wide-angle lens

A dual-tone LED flash between the main sensors

Analysts believe these enhancements are focused on improving long-distance zoom and detailed close-ups, potentially supporting super-macro or low-light telephoto features.

Premium Design Features

The back panel of the device is covered with what seems to be plain vegan leather. The Huawei brand logo is positioned near the lower-right corner.

The right side of the device holds the power button and volume rockers, following a familiar layout.

Huawei has not officially confirmed the model’s identity, but the hardware indicates it may be a high-end Ultra variant of the Pura 80 family.

What This Leak Suggests About Huawei’s Plans

Although the event was meant to highlight the MAEXTRO S800 electric sedan, Huawei’s unreleased flagship quietly became the star of the show.

According to Deng LI industry watchers, Huawei may begin teasing the Pura 80 lineup officially in the coming weeks, especially since the Pura 70 series was launched in April 2024.

Given the timing and polished look of the device, it's likely that internal testing is complete, and the product is close to mass production or release.

Market Expectations and Industry Reactions

According to tech analysts cited by GizmoChina, Huawei’s dual-periscope strategy could allow users to capture both long-range zoom and macro images without compromising on image clarity.

The inclusion of multiple focal lengths would place the Pura 80 Ultra in competition with other premium flagships like the Galaxy S24 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro Max, especially in photography.

Awaiting Official Confirmation

As of now, Huawei has not released any statements confirming the specs or release schedule of the Pura 80.

The company’s marketing approach often includes short teaser campaigns prior to full product launches, so official posters or promo videos may follow soon.

With its growing focus on high-end smartphone photography, the Pura series continues to act as Huawei’s answer to global premium phones.

Industry experts believe the Pura 80 Ultra may debut with HarmonyOS NEXT and an improved in-house Kirin chipset, marking another step away from U.S.-based tech dependency.

Michael B Norris Author’s Opinion:

The accidental reveal of the Huawei Pura 80 speaks to the growing buzz around smartphone-camera evolution. Huawei seems committed to pushing the boundaries of zoom and clarity—despite global market challenges.

If priced competitively, and with strong photography credentials, the Pura 80 Ultra could reinstate Huawei’s standing in the global flagship race. But for now, all eyes are on Huawei’s next move.

Realme P4 5G leak reveals hidden launch twist: exclusive first look at unannounced colour variant

Realme P4 5G leak reveals hidden launch twist: exclusive first look at unannounced colour variant Published: August 19, 2025 | By Michal B Norris TrendingAlone Tech Desk When I first heard whispers from Realme’s internal supply chain partners last week, I didn’t expect them to check out. But after cross-verifying with two independent retail sources in Delhi and Bengaluru, it’s clear: the upcoming Realme P4 5G isn’t launching with just the three colour options Realme has teased publicly. There’s a fourth “Aurora Green” finish, and Realme has kept it tightly under wraps - until now. Why this matters Every Realme launch usually follows a predictable pattern - bright, trendy colourways marketed at students and young buyers. But the Aurora Green shade, with its matte-glass texture and subtle gradient, looks more premium than anything in the ₹20,000 segment. Think of it as Realme’s attempt to lure OnePlus Nord 5G customers without saying it outright. What I saw behind closed doors One of the...

OnePlus Pad 3 Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 3K Display, Big Battery Revealed

OnePlus Pad 3 Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 3K Display, Big Battery Revealed It was during a chaotic airport layover in early July when I first noticed how unwieldy most tablets still feel. A fellow traveler beside me was juggling video calls, PDFs, and spreadsheets on a device that looked cutting-edge but felt clunky. That’s when I remembered OnePlus was preparing to release its newest tablet - the OnePlus Pad 3. I made a mental note: if there was ever a moment a thinner, smarter, AI-enhanced tablet could matter, it was in that busy terminal. Fast forward a few weeks, and OnePlus has confirmed that the Pad 3 will officially go on sale in India this September.  While the announcement might sound like just another product launch in an already crowded market, the Pad 3 stands out - and not just for its specs.  With a blend of power, slim design, and meaningful software improvements, it signals how Android tablets are beginning to seriously challenge the iPad’s long-held...
