Display and design

The iQOO Neo 10 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 144Hz. It offers a peak brightness of 5,500 nits, and up to 2,000 nits in high-brightness mode.

The display supports 4,320Hz PWM dimming, ensuring reduced flicker during prolonged usage.

The device comes with IP65 certification, offering resistance to dust and light splashes, but not complete water submersion.

Performance and hardware

At its core, the Neo 10 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, paired with the Adreno 825 GPU. It uses LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast app launches, smooth gaming, and multitasking.

The new chipset offers better AI processing, graphics rendering, and thermal efficiency than its predecessor.

Camera setup

The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup, headlined by a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

For selfies and video calls, the device offers a 32MP front-facing camera housed in a punch-hole cutout.

Battery and charging

One of the standout features of the Neo 10 is its 7,000mAh battery, designed to support extended gaming sessions and multimedia use.

The device supports 120W wired fast charging, capable of charging the phone from 0 to 100% in under 30 minutes.

However, wireless charging is not supported.

Software and updates

The iQOO Neo 10 runs Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. The company has promised three years of Android OS updates and four years of security patches, ensuring extended software support.

Connectivity and features

The phone supports 16 5G bands, offering wide compatibility with Indian and global networks. Other notable features include:

IR Blaster

NFC

Bluetooth 5.4

Wi-Fi 7

These additions make it a well-rounded device for both gaming and daily use.

Comparison with rivals

At its price point, the iQOO Neo 10 competes with devices like the Realme GT 6, Poco F6, and Vivo T4 Pro. However, it stands out due to its larger battery, faster charging, and the latest Snapdragon chip.

Final thoughts

The iQOO Neo 10 positions itself as a strong mid-range flagship. With its powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, bright AMOLED display, and long-lasting battery, it caters to performance-hungry users. The aggressive pricing and fast charging support give it an edge in India’s competitive smartphone market.

Author’s Opinion

While the iQOO Neo 10 ticks almost every box for gamers and tech-savvy users, the lack of wireless charging and only two rear cameras may disappoint some users looking for a more versatile photography setup. However, given the pricing and hardware, iQOO has made a compelling value-for-money device.

OnePlus Pad 3 Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 3K Display, Big Battery Revealed It was during a chaotic airport layover in early July when I first noticed how unwieldy most tablets still feel. A fellow traveler beside me was juggling video calls, PDFs, and spreadsheets on a device that looked cutting-edge but felt clunky.
