Realme 15 Pro Plus Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 50MP Triple Cameras

Realme 15 Pro Plus India Launch: Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 7,000 mAh Battery, ₹28,999 Starting Price I still remember standing in a small mobile shop in Connaught Place five years ago, holding my first Realme phone. The device was surprisingly snappy, yet affordable - an unusual combination at the time. It felt like Realme had cracked the code for Indian buyers seeking high performance without spending a fortune. Today, the launch of the Realme 15 Pro Plus promises to revisit that philosophy, but with a far more ambitious approach. This article evaluates whether Realme’s latest midrange flagship lives up to the hype, combining real-world hands-on impressions, local insights, and verified specifications. Power Under the Hood: Midrange Performance Redefined The Realme 15 Pro Plus is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the standard Realme 15 comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ SoC. Amazon Prime Day Smartphone Deals 2025: Galaxy S24 Ultra Drops ₹60,000 in Biggest Discount Yet

Published Date: July 10, 2025

A few summers ago, I almost missed out on a record Prime Day deal—the Pixel 6 Pro was briefly discounted below ₹50,000.

I hesitated for 30 minutes, and by the time I returned, it was gone. That regret taught me a key lesson: Prime Day waits for no one.

This year, Amazon Prime Day 2025, kicking off July 12 and running for 72 hours, promises some of the deepest smartphone discounts we’ve seen all year.

Amazon has already confirmed price drops across its site, with several flagship and mid-range phones featured at significantly reduced prices.

Whether you're upgrading your daily driver or shopping for someone else, five particular smartphones stand out—offering genuine value beyond the buzz.

Here’s a verified breakdown of the top smartphone deals to watch for, backed by tested specs, street comparisons, and actual user insights.

Key Specs Comparison: Top 5 Prime Day Smartphone Deals

Smartphone  Original Price  Prime Day Price  Processor  Camera (Rear)  Battery

Fast Charging Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra ₹1,34,999 ₹74,999* Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 200MP quad-camera 5000mAh 45W wired

Apple iPhone 15 ₹69,900 ₹57,249* A16 Bionic 48MP dual-camera 3349mAh 20W wired

OnePlus 13R 5G ₹44,999 ₹39,999* Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 50MP triple-camera 6000mAh 80W SUPERVOOC

iQOO Neo 10R 5G ₹26,999 ₹23,499* Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 64MP dual-camera 6400mAh 80W FlashCharge

OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G ₹20,999 ₹15,999* Snapdragon 695 50MP dual-camera (Sony) 5500mAh 80W SUPERVOOC

*Inclusive of bank offers (SBI/ICICI cards) and exchange discounts

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: Flagship Performance at a Deep Discount

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is headlining this year’s Prime Day with a substantial ₹60,000 drop from its launch price.

That brings the cost of Samsung’s premium flagship down to ₹74,999 - an aggressive offer in a year when premium phone pricing remained largely stable.

In hand, the S24 Ultra feels significantly faster than its predecessor.

During my recent week-long test drive, it consistently outperformed the Pixel 8 Pro in app load times and image processing.

The quad-camera setup, led by a 200MP main sensor, especially shines in low light with crisp details and minimal noise.

While the 45W charging isn’t the fastest in 2025, it juiced the phone from 10% to 85% in under 50 minutes.

For heavy users and mobile photographers, this one is a no-brainer at the new price.

Apple iPhone 15: Now Under ₹58,000 with Bank Offers

For Apple fans, this deal is rare.

The iPhone 15, originally priced at ₹69,900, is now retailing for ₹57,249 on Prime Day with card offers.

This is the lowest effective price since its launch. It brings a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, Apple’s A16 Bionic chip, and an upgraded 48MP camera setup previously reserved for Pro models.

In side-by-side daylight photography with the Galaxy S23 FE, the iPhone’s image depth and color fidelity were noticeably better, especially in skin tones.

That said, the 3349mAh battery remains a weak point, especially for power users.

In my trial, I squeezed out roughly 6 hours of screen-on time with mixed use.

But for those in the Apple ecosystem, this deal is hard to overlook.

OnePlus 13R: A Flagship Feel Without the Flagship Price

The OnePlus 13R 5G is easily one of the strongest contenders in the mid-premium category.

Priced at ₹44,999 at launch, it is now available for under ₹40,000.

It runs on the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 as the S24 Ultra, and the performance holds up surprisingly well in day-to-day use.

In gaming tests (COD Mobile, Genshin Impact), the phone maintained 60fps for long sessions without noticeable thermal throttling.

OnePlus’s famed OxygenOS keeps things clean and responsive.

Battery endurance was impressive - my test unit ran for 11 hours with 120Hz refresh rate enabled.

And the 80W SUPERVOOC charging topped it up in just 38 minutes.

At this price point, it's arguably the most performance-heavy device available during Prime Day.

iQOO Neo 10R 5G: Flagship Processor, Budget Pricing

The iQOO Neo 10R punches well above its class this year.

With a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and 6400mAh battery, it's one of the best raw hardware deals at under ₹23,499.

That price includes discounts for ICICI and SBI cardholders.

This is a phone designed for speed and screen-time.

During three days of Prime Day testing, it held a stable 7.5 hours screen-on with casual gaming, YouTube, and WhatsApp use.

The 80W FlashCharge worked consistently, reaching 100% in under 40 minutes.

Its 64MP camera isn’t industry-leading, but it’s more than capable for daylight and casual indoor shots.

Low-light results were just decent, but forgivable at this price.

OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G: Budget King Under ₹16,000

Not every shopper is chasing flagship power. For budget-conscious users, the Nord CE4 Lite 5G stands out.

From a launch price of ₹20,999, it now sells at ₹15,999.

That’s aggressive for a phone offering a 6.67-inch AMOLED 120Hz display and 80W fast charging.

The Snapdragon 695 may not sound exciting in 2025, but it’s a stable performer.

I spent two full days using the CE4 Lite as a secondary device - it handled basic tasks without lag, and the 5500mAh battery easily lasted a day and a half.

In direct comparison, its display felt brighter and more responsive than the Redmi Note 13 5G.

The Sony LYT-600 primary camera delivers good daylight results, though video stabilization is average.

This phone is ideal for students, secondary users, or anyone not chasing high-end specs.

Additional Discounts: How to Maximize Savings

Amazon’s ongoing Prime Day sale includes extra benefits that significantly stack up:

10% instant discount with SBI and ICICI credit cards

Exchange bonuses of up to ₹10,000 for old smartphones

No-cost EMI on most phones up to 12 months

Free screen replacement offers on select models (limited window)

To make the most of these deals, be ready before the sale goes live at midnight on July 12.

Amazon’s smartphone deals tend to sell out fast, especially for popular variants like 256GB or specific colors.

Final Thoughts: What’s Worth Your Money?

As someone who has covered Prime Day events since 2017, I can say with confidence: the 2025 edition feels more buyer-friendly, especially with flagship-level devices dipping into mid-range territory.

If you’re looking for top-tier performance, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is delivering its biggest price cut to date.

For Apple users, the iPhone 15 brings the sweet spot of value and longevity.

And for everyday Android users or gamers on a tighter budget, OnePlus 13R and iQOO Neo 10R offer more firepower than most need.

The Nord CE4 Lite, meanwhile, sets a new benchmark in the sub-₹16,000 segment.

Smartphone buyers now have a rare window where flagship features are accessible at significantly reduced prices - something that rarely happens outside festive or clearance seasons.

Just don’t wait too long, or like me in 2022, you might find the “Buy Now” button grayed out.

Realme GT 7 and OnePlus 13R Launch in India: Mid-Range Flagships with Flagship Features

Realme GT 7 vs OnePlus 13R in India: Which Mid-Range Phone is Best for Gamers or Power Users I remember standing outside Connaught Place under the harsh Delhi sun, juggling two phones in my hands - Realme GT 7 in my left, OnePlus 13R in my right. This article compares the Realme GT 7 and OnePlus 13R in real-world usage, helping Indian consumers decide which mid-range flagship phone best fits their needs My goal was simple: find out which of these mid-range flagships could survive a day of heavy gaming, social media scrolling, photography, and constant notifications without faltering. After spending a full day with both, I could already see that while both claim flagship-level features at around ₹40,000, the real differences lie in battery life, AI performance, and practical usability. In India’s competitive mid-range smartphone market, Realme and OnePlus are betting that consumers want high-end features without paying top-tier prices. The Realme GT 7 and OnePlus 13R are both priced be...

OnePlus Pad 3 Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 3K Display, Big Battery Revealed

OnePlus Pad 3 Launch Confirmed: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 3K Display, Big Battery Revealed It was during a chaotic airport layover in early July when I first noticed how unwieldy most tablets still feel. A fellow traveler beside me was juggling video calls, PDFs, and spreadsheets on a device that looked cutting-edge but felt clunky. That’s when I remembered OnePlus was preparing to release its newest tablet - the OnePlus Pad 3. I made a mental note: if there was ever a moment a thinner, smarter, AI-enhanced tablet could matter, it was in that busy terminal. Fast forward a few weeks, and OnePlus has confirmed that the Pad 3 will officially go on sale in India this September.  While the announcement might sound like just another product launch in an already crowded market, the Pad 3 stands out - and not just for its specs.  With a blend of power, slim design, and meaningful software improvements, it signals how Android tablets are beginning to seriously challenge the iPad’s long-held...
